Wal-Mart stores will offer additional stock of Nintendo Co.'s Wii video game system to customers in time for the holidays.
In the retail store's latest circular, the discount chain advertises the Wii for $249.92 with availability on Dec. 6.
The circular disclaims that stores will recieve a minimum of three per store.
Wii has sold-out at retail after plenty of mainstream buzz and critical acclaim from gaming press. The innovative new game machine has sold 600,000 units of Wii in its first eight days at retail, generating $190 million in sales.
Top-selling launch titles include The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, the latest entry in the role-playing franchise.
Nintendo expects to ship 4 million Wii units worldwide by year-end. The system will debut in Japan on Dec. 2.

Trust me... Wal-Mart has already had their shipment and they are holding it. Our store has 10, and has had 10 for about 1 1/2 weeks. I'm not happy about this, but even the registers won't let you purchase them.
