It's been almost four months since we first caught wind of Ubisoft's plans to bring a Prince of Persia game to the Wii, but now Ubi executive Yannis Mallat has broken the company's silence and discussed the game in a little more detail.
According to Mallat, Prince of Persia on the Wii will make extensive use of the Wii's motion-sensing controller and Nunchuk, with the Wiimote allowing the Prince to pull off jumps (amongst other moves), and the Nunchuk throwing out the Prince's chain. Mallat described the controls as "fun and intuitive," and, given the nimble, acrobatic nature of the Prince's movement in previous PoP games, it does indeed sound promising.
Little more was revealed by Mallat, though this one is still high on our lists - after all, slightly dodgy second game aside, it's hard not to love Ubisoft's ace Prince of Persia trilogy. More as it reaches our eager ears.
